SFDM will affirmate and represent the interests of the employees in the financial sector in the Republic of Macedonia.
GOALS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The Trade Union of Finances of Macedonia unites the workers in financial sector from banks, insurance companies and other financial organizations in the Republic of Macedonia.
Goals:
SFDM will affirmate and represent the interests of the employees in the financial sector in the Republic of Macedonia.
Acting strategy is defined in following directions:
- development of the social dialogue with an ultimate goal to determine and sign quality collective agreements on the level of business or institution
- representing the members for realization of their working rights, improvement of the economic - social status of the employees for dignified living and providing efficient legal protection
- educuation of members in economic - social area with an ultimate goal to reach the euro - atlantic standards
- respect for the trade union pluralism and development of the cooperation with similar trade unions on national, regional and international level
Organizational structure
SFDM is organized on democratic principle where each member has right freely and democratically to express its opinion, to choose and to be chosen in the SFDM bodies.
The highest SFDM body is the Congress which consists of elected delegates from SFDM branches. The Congress hold a meeting once in 5 years and establishes the SFDM bodies - Council and Presidency as its executive body. From the SFDM member, delegates elect President, Vice - president and Secretary, as well as, members of the Supervizory Board and Statutory Commission. The Congress defines SFDM acting policy in the next mandate period and passes Program for activities.
Between two Congresses, highest body of SFDM is SFDM Council with its executive body - Presidency that consists of presidents of each SFDM branch.

- Ziraat bankasi Skopje branch

Initiative has been taken for enrolling new members:
