Objectives of the action

OVERALL OBJECTIVE:


To support the development of a socially responsible labour market in the SE Europe region, through working in prevention and mitigation of mobbing

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE:


To establish a regional partnership between CSOs and trade unions, as a tool for coordinated development of anti-mobbing policy.


ESTIMATED RESULTS:

  • Anti-mobbing network established
  • Joint anti-mobbing policy reccomendations articulated
  • Anti-mobbing training programme articulated
  • Mobbing-advisory system established

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

1. Initial presentation events

2. Project start-up and final conference

3. Establishment of the reginal anti-mobbing network

4. Econometric analysis of the impact of mobbing on the labour market

5. Training of trainers

6. Establishment of a localised mobbing advisory network

7. Publishing of the regional anti-mobbing internet portal

Antimobbing Advisory Network is an established regional partnership between CSOs and trade unions, a tool for coordinated development of anti-mobbing policies. It has seen life trough the IPA program Network for health and safety at work.
