The present report represents the effort of a two external consultants - evaluators conducting a final evaluation of the IPA 2008 Programme – Civil Society Facility: Support to Partnership Actions "Environment, Energy Efficiency, and Health and Safety at Work" titled “Network for Health and Safety at Work” run by Association for Help and Education of Mobbing Victims from Zagreb. Project lasted over the period of two years, from December 29, 2009 – December 28, 2011. The evaluation field work took place in a period of four weeks, from November 21, 2011 – December 21, 2011, while drafting of the report lasted from December 10, 2011 – December 23, 2011.
