Training of anti-mobbing advisors in Montenegro has been successfully finished on June 29th 2011. and June 30th 2011. in Podgorica (hall Ribnica).

 

Training of anti-mobbing advisors was held by trainers who participated in training of trainers activity and who have succesfully completed it and got their certificates as trainers: Nataša Ivanović (Agency for peaceful settlement of labour disputes), Irena Vućić (Non-governmental organisation ELSA), Tatjana Vukosavović (Trade Union of finances organizations of Montenegro) and Ljubomir Vujović (Union of free Trade Unions of Montenegro). They have presented the problem of mobbing and educated 80 participants who became anti-mobbing advisors. 48 participants were educated the first day of training (June 29th) and 34 participants were educated the following day (June 30th).

Mrs Jadranka Apostolovski, project manager and mrs Snježana Vasiljević, PhD external legal expert and trainer of trainers traveled to Podgorica to monitor both trainings of anti-mobbing advisors.

Antimobbing Advisory Network is an established regional partnership between CSOs and trade unions, a tool for coordinated development of anti-mobbing policies. It has seen life trough the IPA program Network for health and safety at work.
