Europena Union and its countries have developed strong policies to counter mobbing. Funds are provided.






Project start-up conferences were held in a major city of every of the countries whose organizations or unions are involved in the implementation of this project and are partners in the Anti-mobbing Advisory Network.
The Training of Trainers program is a challenging experience, providing participants with the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the ideas and principles as well as directly learn the good practices in dealing with the problem of mobbing at the work place. Trainers worked on developing the skills to pass the knowledge gained trough the training to future generations of trainers.

As part of our two year project plan we will be implementing the Econometric analysis of the impact of mobbing on the labour market.
Final conference of the project "Network for health and safety at work", has been successfully finished, from October 23rd to October 26th 2011., in Croatia, Makarska, hotel Meteor.
Mobbing is a serious issue faced by many workers every day all around the world. Victims are most often women and temp workers.
