Project start-up conferences were held in a major city of every of the countries whose organizations or unions are involved in the implementation of this project and are partners in the Anti-mobbing Advisory Network.
Final conference of the project IPA 2008 Civil Society Facility "Network for health and safety at work", has been successfully finished, from October 23rd to October 26th 2011., in Croatia, Makarska, hotel Meteor.
The Training of Trainers program is a challenging experience, providing participants with the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the ideas and principles as well as directly learn the good practices in dealing with the problem of mobbing at the work place. Trainers worked on developing the skills to pass the knowledge gained trough the training to future generations of trainers.
At this time there have been two trainings, one in Croatia and one in Serbia. More in detail information can be found HERE.
Econometric analysis of the impact of mobbing on the labour market
Econometrics is concerned with the tasks of developing and applying quantitative or statistical methods to the study and elucidation of economic principles. Econometrics combines economic theory with statistics to analyze and test economic relationships. Econometric analysis of the impact of mobbing on the labour market will access the impact of mobbing on the economy. You can find the results of the analysis HERE.

Antimobbing Advisory Network - Network for Health and Safety at Work - regional partnership between CSOs and trade unions.
Europena Union and its countries have developed strong policies to counter mobbing. Funds are provided.
As part of our two year project plan we will be implementing the Econometric analysis of the impact of mobbing on the labour market.
Antimobbing Advisory Network will organize modular trainings for professionals interested in being trainers.

Mobbing is a serious issue faced by many workers every day all around the world. Victims are most often women and temp workers.
Antimobbing Advisory Network is an established regional partnership between CSOs and trade unions, a tool for coordinated development of anti-mobbing policies. It has seen life trough the IPA program Network for health and safety at work.
